I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kefar Gil'adi. The room I stayed in was very clean with beautiful furnishings and a lovely view of Mount Hermon. The indoor pool was a great way to start my mornings, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located in a fine area with lots of activities and attractions nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The swimming pool was huge and lovely. Beautiful grounds with stunning views. Twin room& family room are very small & basic, advisable to pay extra for deluxe rooms - although they are still small but modern, look like they have been renovated recently.
Twin rooms small & very basic. No-one on the desk to deal with any problems after 10pm. Hotel quite disjointed, rooms were in different blocks.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with plenty to explore. The staff were courteous and professional, and the on-site amenities were varied and well-maintained. The outdoor pool was especially enjoyable, with plenty of space to lounge and cool off on hot days.
The rooms were very outdated and in dire need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were old and worn.

The staff were friendly, the location was good and the food was very good.
It seemed a little expensive for the quality of the room and no help with getting bags to the room on hilly terrain. There are no toiletries (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, etc.) so you must be prepared. (There is gel soap in the shower .. which I suppose could be used as shampoo.)

The location was great for our purposes. It is a beautiful setting in the midst of a baren land. The gardens are gorgrous.
The room was quite small and there was no hair dryer.

Spent Christmas with my family in a hotel up north. the view was stunning! You could see the mountains and the valley from the hotel, which was amazing. the breakfast was delightful, full of traditional foods. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the spa services. the staff was friendly too.
The hotel facilities were outdated and in poor condition. the walls were stained and the room smelled moldy.

The location, the breakfast, general friendliness.
We were unhappy with the first room we were shown as it was very dark. The boutique room we ended up in was however very accceptable.

The indoor pool was clean and had plenty of fresh towels, and the views from our room were fine. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. The staff were nice and cute.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Where do I begin? We stayed in brand new rooms, the food was the best, and the people were wonderful. PLUS - we explored the kibbutz and found a wonderful zoo with ibex, sheep, goats, falcons, etc; a women's art coop, a working diary and horse stable, and a significant museum. We booked here when another hotel was filled - no I'd love to stay here permanently - WOW.
